Convert a dog's age to human-equivalent years using a logarithmic formula.
This newer logarithmic formula (from a 2020 UCSD study) tracks epigenetic aging more closely than the old 'multiply by 7' rule, which overestimates age in young dogs and underestimates it in old ones.
